LUMPY EGUSI


Ingredients
Egusi ( powdery ), ugu, dried/smoked fish, crayfish, onion, beef, Pomona, grounded dry pepper, Palm oil, locust beans, stock cube, salt. Read how to prepare Egusi after the cut... 



Preparation
P1- wash beef, pomo, dry fish properly & put in pot to simmer for 20 minutes & keep aside & also keep aside the stock from the meat. 


P2- wash ugu & quash out a little of the greenish water and keep aside. 

P3- chop onion & keep aside. 

P4- put the egusi in to a deep bowl & add a full soup spoon of water & half of the chop onion & mix... " turn's into a thick paste " & keep aside.


Cooking directions:
Step1- place your pot on a low heat and add your Palm oil for 3 minutes ( bleaching process). 

Step2- gently put the egusi into the pot of hot oil, either with your hands or a spoon & space them a little in pot & leave for a fry... Don't stir for 5 minutes 

Step3- add the stock from the beef & leave on a medium heat for 10 minutes.


Step4- add your dry grounded pepper, crayfish, locust beans, stock cube & salt on a medium heat for 3 minutes.

Step5- add your beef, Pomo & dry fish on a medium heat for 5 minutes' " stir gently.

Step6- add your vegetable and leave for 3 minutes before you stir .. Leave for 5 more minutes.
