Egusi & Achi Soup made with Okazi




Ingredients: ● Egusi (powder) ● Achi ● Akazi leaves ● Beef / assorted / Pomo ● Stock fish ● Crayfish ● Dry fish ● Periwinkle (removed ones) ● Scotch bonnet pepper ● Onion ● Palm oil ● Stock cube ● Salt

Preparation:
Wash beef, Assorted, pomo, periwinkle properly & Debone fish... Wash stock fish in warm water

Add all your proteins in one pot and simmer for 25 minutes with stock cube, onion, salt on a medium heat
Blend / pound scotch bonnet pepper roughly and keep aside


Cooking directions:
Step1 - Place pot on a medium heat and put your proteins with its stock for 5 minutes
Step2 - add a cup of water for 3 minutes on a medium heat
Step 3 - add palm oil & leave for 2 minutes
Step 4 - add your achi and stir immediately to avoid lumps ... for 3minutes
Step4 - add scotch bonnet pepper, crayfish, & salt for 2 minutes
Step5 - add your egusi... after 2 minutes you stir.... Step6 - add your okazi leaves. .. Leave to heat for 3 minutes before you stir ... GOOD LUCK GUYZ
