Peel off the skin of the beans by soaking into
cold water for 2 minutes then squash to forcefully take off the peel ...

Rinse severally and sieve the peel until beans
is clean enough.

Remove the seeds from red bell pepper then
wash with your scotch bonnet pepper.
·
Blend washed beans with onion, red bell pepper
& scotch bonnet pepper smoothly.. so smooth.

Boil liver, chop into tiny cube shape then fry
and keep aside.
·
Boil kote fish with salt and Debone and break
into pieces.
·
Boil egg and break off its shell then slice
rounds
Cooking directions
Step1- Place pot of about 3 cups of water on a medium heat
Step2 - Add your corned beef, gizzard, slice onion, deboned fish, & ugu then stir to mix properly
Step3 - Add salt & stock cube and stir
Step4 - Add vegetable oil. .. Small quantity and stir
Step5 - Add a cup of water and stir for a mix
Step6 - Put the content into deep bowl, it could be foil paper, nylon.. whichever is easy for you and in every bowl, foil or nylon add a piece of slice egg then place them gently into your boiling water then cover the pot and leave to simmer for 25 minutes on a medium heat. .... Good luck guyZ.
